Hayan Charara

Hayan Charara is the author of four poetry collections, most recently These Trees, Those Leaves, This Flower, That Fruit; a novel, Hush Little Children, and a children’s book, The Three Lucys. He also edited Inclined to Speak, an anthology of contemporary Arab American poetry. Born in Detroit, he lives in NYC for many years and makes his home in Houston, Texas.
